Not necessarily. Many miscarraiges just happen for no reason. I just hate that old cliche that goes.."it happened for a reason" or "it wasn't meant to be" tho true, i still hate hearing it. It could go either way here. Many women loose their first baby then go on to have several happy healthy full term pregnancies, this happens more so than not.
Then there are the women who just can't seem to be able to carry a baby at all, having one heart break after the other.
I wouldn't worry so much.
I would say your chances are probably pretty good that this pregnancy will be a success.
