Dont use anything that you might use in your daily life like a tooth brush. maybe one that you dont use anymore.

basicly you just stick something like a pen, marker, carrot- or something of that shape, and gentally ease it up your anaus. it is a nice feeling if u relaxed, but if you are tense and still, then it hurts. try wetting the thing you are sticking up there as well as wetting the area around you bum- it help to get it up there more easly if it is your first time. once its up there- simply hump your bum, wiggle it in-out-around-back-furth. that sorta thing. you can also move it around to your pleasere with your own fingures, or get some one you love/trust to do it!
