ichy, smelly,swelling, painful Vagina

Hi I am 20 yrs old and I have so many problems.
I have ALOT of nasty, yellow dischange coming from my vagina.
It is very ichy and it swells up alot Embarassed Rolling Eyes
Its very painful.
Also I can never get wet to have sex and it is painful Sad
Even afterwards sex when I try to used the bathroom
I have get in the shower and run cold cold water on it when I pee to take
some of the pain away.
I am not on birth control or any other pill.
I have to wear a panty liner ALWAYS Confused
I change it at lease 3 times a day. Always
walk around with baby wipes.
And honesty all the creams that I have bought
DONT WORK! Is there any help out there>

You probably have Gardenella, its not that serious but you do need to go the doctor.

Could be a number of things, but one thing for sure...you need medical attention. Sounds like bacterial vaginosis which, fortunately, is easy to treat.
GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!!
