if i do not ejaculate my testicles swell

im 19 years old.. ive been having this problem since a year now..
when i dont masturbate or have intercouse (basically ejaculate).. my testicles start paining and they get swollen.. my lower abdamon also pains bad.. i cant walk properly, cannot cough, bend...
but after i ejaculate.. the pain subsides, very fast and then there's no pain at all, when i am erect my testicles are just fine not swollen and there's no pain... please help.. my friend just recently had an hernia operation.. im scared i have no idea.. some of my friends tell me that they have the same problems.. Confused Sad plzz help...

Sounds like blue ball man.. idk what the facts are behind it. but its happened to me to. you might wanna check that out

Umm...I think its normal...googled it and it says its a part of later pubertety....

so far as I know thats completely normal... i get it too, though rarely since I just rub one out whenever I feel compelled haha

If i start having sex and get to an excited stage and stop though then I really get it... super tight feeling in the balls which starts to ache and stuff

Just gotta release the buildup I think... I've also heard regularly ejaculating is good for prostate health so really there's no reason to suffer it out Very Happy
