Please help! I want to be tested for Lyme through Igenex. I just don't want to be told I have Lyme even if I really do not! Nor I want to spend the money getting my urine tested. Anyway, here is my question: is igenex reliable and is there an alternative lab that I can trust? I recently had a horrible experience with Life Care in Aurora, IL. - they were closed down due tu practicing medicine without a license. Thanks for your replies.

LUAT is a top notch lab for Lyme testing. I too tested negative on a couple tests and then positive on the LUAT. Lyme tests are not 100% and every good Lyme doctor will NOT diagnose you SOLELY on test results.
