im 13 and i found a lump on my right testical about a month ago it is hard but not sore and not visible, but i can feel it, and it has grown in size. what should i do?

i have the same thing i have a skin colored dot on my right testical its not sore and dose not hurt its the size of a pimple i pop it and alls it di was let puss out like a pimple that you would pop on your face what is this

Guest: im not sure what you have but i would deffinatly see a doctor. i dont want to scare you and tell you that it is something that it might not be so be sure to see someone, soon.
