im 15..and scared out of my mind...am i ppregnate??????HELP!

im 15 and i had unprotected sex (for the first time) with my boyfriend feburary 1st.... the day after i started my period... it wasnt a very normal period...it was light and didnt last long my periods arent usually normal.. its the 28th today and i dont kno if i am just worried and scared about this or i really am pregnate.. i have been having frequent headaches, hot flashes, and some nausiated feelings.. i have been getting tired more .. and todayi had some brown stringy discharge and im reaally worried that im pregnate... i dont want to go to my parents they will flip!!... bbut i really dont know what to do... i am also under some stress with family... and im in therapy for self injury... please help me.........!

I would suggest for you to take a home pregnancy test, you can find them at any drugstore..They are pretty accurate and some can tell you up to 5 days before your missed period...There are other options out there, you could try planned parenthood for one and they can help you through this if you are...I dont know if there a hopes door near you but they offfer free pregnancy tests...I cant reallly tell you if you are pregnante or not, but sometime stress can cause iregular periods as well..Also if you plan on staying sexually active then you also need to think about other types of birth control..Planned Parenthood will also help you decide which ones are right for you...Hope this helps...
