it does sound likely but how late are you? Are your cycles usually regular?
I feel the way you described when I'm near my period but that's me

If you are a week late, a regular home pregnancy test will show up positive, just be sure to use first morning urine (it'll have the most concentrated HSG-the hormone it detects).
If it shows up negative but you still feel you may be, try to go see a doctor to have the doctor do a blood test for pregnancy.
