well me and my g/f were messing around the day after her period and we ended up having sex and before i came i pulled out and went in my hand and i no for sure that no sperm got inside her but i was worried about the pre cum plezzzzzzz reply

Precum is a concern, mainly because there are women who did get pregnant even when their men pulled out.
I cannot tell you 100% either way, because there are no guarantees, but pulling out does reduce the risk of pregnancy.
IF I WERE you I would get your g/f to a planned parenthood and get a morning after pill, which can be taken up to 5 days after sex to prevent pregnancy. She can also get on birth cotnrol too =)
No parental consent is needed at all, and there will be fewer worries in the long run.
