im 3 months delay but negative tests

hello there.. i have irregular menstrual cycle.. i am 3 months delayed and every month i do pregnancy tests and it was both negative..im taking pills then and also were using withdrawal method.. i do skip taking pills sometimes 3 months ago.. is there a possibility that i am pregnant?
