i turned 20 this year and never had a natural period
i had one when i was on the pill when i was 16 but never since
i have an underactive tyriod and facial hair growth what do i do?

It sounds like you could have a hormonal imbalance and/or a parasite inhabiting a gland. Sometimes women don't have periods because of a parasite in a gland. I know it sounds scary, but you can easily fix it if that's the issue.

I suggest you see a certain naturopath called an EDS technician or biomeridian. They can help with normalizing hormones and taking care of parasites, as well as figuring out exactly what's causing your symptoms. Of course, if you haven't seen a regular doctor for this, you might want to do that first. They can test you and see what's the cause as well.
