Hi, im am not getting any better, after having mild depression for three months. I guess it will not get better by itself, so I need to start medications.

Hi, I wouldn’t advise you to start with medications until you haven’t exhausted the last non-drug treatment. Once you start with drugs you will maybe never stop them. Even if you take medications, put a limit until when you ill be taking them, since they are not permanent solution. If you are having a problem, there are techniques to learn on how to deal with them. Everybody has some problems, you are not the only one in this world who is having problems. Talking to people whom you trust can be beneficial.
