im having thick white discharge can anyone help please.

hi im 18 and a few months ago i have been getting white thick discharge my sister and mother said it might be a yeast infection buut i an married and have been sexually active so i use yeast infection treatement but now i have no itch but white discharge keeps coming and my period came down the 17 of march and today the 1st of april while having sex i bleed alil....can anyone tell me what is wrong.....and is this normal or not and what can i use to treat it i will apriciate any help at this moment thanx.
