im not sure if im spotting or meds that im on are causing

im really scared. my boyfriend and i had unportected sex but he withdrew before ejaculation a week after my period. about two weeks since ive seen him ive been experience some spotting. im also on synthroid, a hormonal medicine for my thyroid. im not sure if its because of that or if i really am pregnant. im 16 and come from a religious family. im so scared, please help me.
