help im 14 nearly 15 and just constantly get stabbing pains on the lower right side of my stomach and a little on the lower left side of my stomach its been here for nearly 2 weeks and ive started getting lower back pains and feeling nausea! i've come on my period a week early i've been to the doctors a couple of times and they keep saying diffrent stuff im so confused i need help can anyone help please.
