Sounds like an infection. You need to go to a doctor to get it diagnosed as it could be either thrush or vaginosis which are easily treated but you do need to get the correct treatment. Good luck
You don't have to be having sex to have an infection, it sometimes just happens Part of being a woman... My first yeast infection was awful, it hurt so badly, but as soon as I got treated it felt a lot better.
