im worry i may have a serious problem

Hi im 21 gril and im having a problem is it normal for me to be producing milk still after i had and abortion one year ago. It was my fris pregance. Im starting to get worry. I also have some pain in my breast. 4 days ago my breast got hard and had pain i layd down and when i got up my shurt was all wet from milk from my breast. I also feel lumps. if some one can help me please. to know whats going on thanks
