I was just wondering if anyone knows if implanon can wear off after a while or the body not respond to it as well as it did?
I have had implanon in now for 4 and a half years (therefore im on my second implanon) and the whole time my period came roughly every 6months. Since january this year i have lost about 5kgs and started a low gi diet, and since then my period comes every 5 weeks, to the day, with the same kind of flow and pain and all that like it used to be before i had implanon inserted. Can anyone help?? Not sure if this info is relevant but i also have pcos.
