implantation sharp pain

Hello. I'm 30- year old female and I would like to hear more about possible pregnancy symptoms.
I'm married for almost 3 years and during all this time, my husband and I are trying to get a baby but with no success.
We were careful about appropriate timing and everything but-nothing.
This month something new happened that I've never experienced before. Yesterday, just after the ovulation I felt the strong and sharp implantation pain. I don’t know what could cause it but I'm thinking this could be sign of pregnancy. I did one home pregnancy test and it came negative. What should I know about it?

I know some facts about early pregnancy symptoms and I will gladly try to help you because I see you're really upset about all this.
There are several early pregnancy symptoms but the only problem is that- unfortunately, early pregnancy signs can often be very similar to those experienced pre-menstrually. Sharp pain in implantation period to some women could be sign of pregnancy but in some cases it could be nothing. One more thing, you if you had ovulation yesterday like you said, you did your home pregnancy test too early.
Embryo was not implanted by that stage and therefore a negative home pregnancy test result was given. Don’t give up yet – believe me-it's worth re-testing after a few more days.
