Hello, I am 48 years old and it looks like menopausal symptoms are slowly starting to emerge. For now it is nothing serious, but I know that it will become worse. Since I am having problems with obesity too, can you tell me how to improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels in menopause? I know that a rough period awaits me.

Well, that is true. Obesity itself is not a minor thing and when we add [menopause, it might turn out to be a problem. Well, the recipe is not that complex. You have to lose some weight and also to start eating healthy. Cholesterol might be dangerous, because of the risk of clogging arteries. You should also consider some light exercises, perhaps daily walks, something to burn up those triglycerides in your body.
