I am 23, female and have problems with sex drive. I am still a virgin and have no interest in men or women. I saw advertisement on TV, promoting this cream based on testerone that helps increasing sex drive.

maybe your problems are more mental nature than physical, because 23 year old woman should not be having problems with her sex drive. Also with women fat cells change estrogen to testosterone in women, so sufficient estrogen replacement will also work, that is why physicians do not usually prescribe testosterone for sex drive. But, yes testosterone is responsible for sex drive, both with men and women, except... there is one problem if women use it ... you might deepen your voice, grow hair on chest etc., so it must be used in small doses. So, yes, creams based on testosterone should work ... I think that is used testosterone propionate (available only by special mixture at the pharmacy), but also any other testosterone should work and improve your sex drive.
But, use this cream in small doses and watch carefully for any male pattern changes.
