I’ve been having increased appetite before and during my period. It wasn’t like this all the time. It has started in last three years. I put some weight since. I am hungry all the time and miserable. I can’t restrain my self of eating. What is happening to me?
Hey it is normal to have increased hunger during period. Every girl I talk with said that she eats more than usual during the period, well most of them, sweets especially. I can eat 300g of chocolate on first day of period. I read in some magazine that is because of the change of hormones during the menstrual period and that our body needs extra calories to burn off or more energy, something like that. If you think that you are having some eating disorder, see your physician. I can’t help you.
