I have a question about my little girl. She is 5 years old. She has tendency to pee in the bed. Also she has night fears. Few nights ago she was screaming in bed so much that I wonder can it be normal behavior. I want to know can this kind of behavior induce psychotic disorder.

It can be possible. The kids that show those kinds of symptoms have all the prerequisites necessary for psychotic disorder. Of course it does not have to be the like that. Maybe she is just scared of something. You should try to speak with her to find out is there something wrong. Also you must go to a doctor. He will determine the facts. Anyway you must be careful because she might be weak and she can "snap".
