| I'm really good with diets. I got used over the years to consuming small amounts of regulated food, so right now I don't have weight problems, except for a pound or two, that don’t have to be eliminated. But, I still get informed on every new diet that arrives. I haven't heard anything on this induction diet. What is that? What is it based on? Tell me something about this induction diet. |

As many other diets, induction diet has 3 main meals and 2 snacks. It lasts for 2 weeks.
In the beginning, you must not eat more than 20 grams of carbohydrates a day. One fruit and that's it for a day. Then, 16 percent of fiber needs and less than 66% of vitamin needs for a day. But, it contains 52 grams of fat, which is, at least three times the amount you need in a day. Interesting diet, don't you think? |
