inflamation around left testicle

I am 17 and i have noticed a soft, inflamed, lumpy mass around my left testicle. I researched the problem and found and exact description of what I noticed. From what I gatherd I have a vericocele which is inflamation of the veins around the left testicle. I noticed that after taking a bath for about 15-20 minutes the size of the mass decreases but after a day or so it returns to the same size. I have felt around quite a bit, for it is quite scary when your testicles may be at risk, and i noticed that certain parts of the mass, when poked or gently squeezed, produces the same pain felt when pokng or squeezing my testicles. I figure its my epidydimous but im not certain. I have had this for about a week now and I am seeing a doctor tomorrow. Anyone have any thoughts.
