I am patient of chronic fissures. Now days this problem is in control but I am feeling inflammation anf irritation in the anal canal after evacuation. I am taking fybogel powder (fibre supplement) daily after the dinner whih helps to pass the stool smoothly. Not taking of the fybogel increases the problem of the inflammationa and paind immediately. I sometimes feels swelling in the anal area after some tight stools passes. The problem increased after the physical strain and exercise.
