ingrown hair looking bumps

i dont really know what this should be under i dont know if it a question about womens health or not but yeah...i believe i got alcohol poisoning two nights ago and i didnt go to the hospital becuase i was too scared and i told them not to take me. i dont know if this anything to do with that but the next morning i had two little red bumps on my hand one on my ring finger and one on the side of my hand. they dont hurt or anything just bug me because i dont know what they are. today i realized i have one of the bottem of my foot. its weird. i am curious about what they are or what they are caused from. i dont believe they are bug bites because they aren't itching or anything. can anybody help me?

doesnt sound like it has anything to do with your alcohol poisoning. deffinitely sounds like som sort of small insect bite.
