injured pancreas,stomach,and spleen removal surgery

I had my spleen removed, and repairs were done to my pancreas and stomach about 2 years ago. I have recently had pains and shortness of breath. Also abnormal stools for about 2 weeks. I have never had any shots following my surgery, and I've been told I need them. Could this be a problem related to my surgery?[/code]
