help!

about a year ago i had an accident with a zip and got the tip of my foreskin caught (i am not circumsized btw) the zip was broken apart by a doctor and then everything seemed fine for a while, but when i tried masturbating i could not retract my fore skin more than 1/2 way down the head when erect, and it was my first go at masturbating. i was too scared to tell anyone about this. i dont know if i had phimosis or anything before the accident so it could be that but could it be anything else? i am 14 btw. i can still masturbate without pain or anything, but if i try to pull the foreskin down any further it is too tight and wont go past the glans. please help, what should i do?

i almost forgot, i can pull it back when not erect, but i cant when it is.
