a relative just had major intestinal surgery for a stage 4 cancer in the colon and pancreas (tip only). she has been in the hosipital since the surgery and that was for at least 3 weeks ago.

the latest and most startling is this diagnosis of "pseudo monas" where she is now on massive antibiotic regime and a drain has been placed where the problem is .

can they be more aggressive and extibate or something else???
