I am 24 years old, a non-smoker and a social drinker. I have been getting dizzy/ lightheaded spells for a couple months now and this last month, I have had 3 periods in 6 weeks. I am an active woman, am not on birthcontrol (but am sexually active), and I generally get about 7 hours of sleep. Is this something to be concerned about? I have just started paying for my own health care and have to be careful about when I do and don't see a doctor.
