irregular periods and stomach cramping

About 8-10 months ago I switched from ortho lo to regular ortho and eveything was fine.This month after not missing any pills and taking them at the same time I started spotting 1 week befor my cycle which turned into a full cycle it stopped the sun I should have started. 2 days later my boyfriend and i had sex and now Im spotting again. Should I be worried?
