irritation in urethra or prostate.

I have for a long time had a problem down there. It feels like the urethra or prostate is a bit swollen or irritated. Like a week sensation of arousal but not as pleasent. I urinate normally and without pain. Ejaculation is also fine. Ejaculation seems to make it worse. After some days without ejaculation, it wears a bit off, but comes back when I ejaculate again. I produce more unwanted precum than before I had this problem. Also, precum seems to relief the unpleasent feeling.
Urinating does also relief, but the symptoms comes back after a while.

I have been to a physician and have been checked for STD and inflamation of the prostate. Everything is apparently ok.
The doctor said that it might be the prostate but there's nothing to do about it.

Is this really my prostate making problems og is it a sensitive urethra??
