is an ovulation test the same as a pregnancy test? Because that is what i have always took and i just wondering if there the same thing

Um no...


Ovulation kits test for when you are releasing an egg in your menstrual cycle. They detect the surge in Lutenizing hormone before an egg is released.

Pregnancy kits test for when you are pregnant (obviously), They detect the presence of Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) A hormone only present in Pregnant women.
