is frenulum pain normal when foreskin retracted?

when the foreskin is retracted, is it natural for the frenulum,the little white stretchy piece of skin to be so sensitive?

no pain is not usual so you need to get your circumcision and frenulum pasti done in which doctor or nurse who is licenced to circumcise can circumcise you and ask her to remove your frenulum too which can tear and you may bleed lot later if not removed so contact nearst clinic and ask nurse for circumcision and frenulumplasti too
