Menopause is natural process of transition between perimenopause and postmenopause. It occurs when the monthly menstrual cycle ends. Menopause occurs with plenty of symptoms and along them is a weigh gain. Generally, first area where it shows is area around waist, bottom and tights. My advice is to care about your nutrition and start to exercise.
