lately i've been experiencing excess yellow discharge and icthing redness and irritation on my vigina and crotch... what could this mean?

Hi there.

You could possibly have a yeast infection. Symptoms include extreme itchiness, pain during urination, usually thick discharge ranging from yellow and thin to thick and non clumpy. I suggest going to your doctor or you can take a kit at any local drugstore. I used the monistat 7 cream. Good luck!!
