My husband and i are trying to have another baby, and i want to know if it is possible to be pregnant just after a week of finishing my period?

yes it's possible. you should count 12 to 14 days after the first day of your period for the best chance, if you have a normal 28- 30 day cycle.

My period started April 15th and lasted until April 20th... Had sex on April 26th, on 12th day of cycle (yesterday)...... What are the chances of me conceiving?? I hope so!!!!!

you should wait until you miss or don't miss your period. with first response you can take the test the first day of your missed period with 99% accuracy.
