I am 25 years old and have four children and I have my tubes tied. Normally my periods are very heavy and I have to use super plus tampons and have to change them frequently. I started bleeding yesterday which is two days before my period is supose to start and they are usually on time. I am bleeding very light and I can use a regular tampons and it's not completely soaked. I have had some cramping but not like the usual ones. And I have been having very tender breasts and they look swollen and I hev been very hungary for the past week. Can I possibly be pregnant?
