No she can not get pregnant from that, it would be VERY unlikley. You would have had to ejaculate inside her. And as far as her bleeding- thats not a sign of pregnancy, you two may have just gotten a little too rough in the heat of things and she could have torn a little. (if you two didnt actually have intercourse, you dont need to worry about her getting pregnant)
