is it right to take a pregnancy test while on your period?

i took the pregnancy test 2 times and both came out positive.i re-took it my 3rd time because i had a late period and it came out negative.should i be pregnant?does it make a diffrence if i have my period? Confused

It makes no difference.. BUT, you have had a flase positive :/

If you were having a miscarriage, a preganncy test would show up for about 1-2 weeks after the event. The preganncy hormone takes awhile to wane.
