is it risky to use vinegar on you hair

i mixed vinegar in henna and kept it on my hair for about 3-4 hours.just once.is it risky to apply it for so long??

I never heard of this that vinegar is effective for hairs. Hena i can say but may be there is some side effects when you mix vinegar with hena. So be careful using anything new on your hairs. It is about your hairs after all.

Three to four hours does sound a little excessive. I would recommend no longer than an hour or so.

Vinegar is best mixed 1/2 a tablespoon to a cup of water. Using it more than twice a week could result in your hair drying out.
