| about a month ago i started getting anxiety attacks. Usually the ansiety feeling goes away after a few days, but this attack i got a week and 4 days ago, and my anxiety still hasnt gone away. its calmed down, just its still there every morning when I wake up and its all day. Now the only difference from this one to the last ones, is this time, I still haven't had a cigarette. I quit, or am trying. I haven't smoked since the day of my attack. Anyways, I just want to know if anyone has anxiety and if it was ok to masterbate cus id sure love to right about now. |
