Yes, very harmful.

Take me: I started masturbating at 13. I'm now 30, still masturbating, have a wife, 1 kid, 3 stepkids, run my own business... Oh, but I need glasses. According to the Australian singer, Kevin Wilson, Glasses are caused by excessive masturbation... Shocked
