is medical abortion better than D&C aspiration?

Hi!

I was wondering if medical abortion is better than D&C aspiration. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and have an appointment tomorrow. I don't know which one will be better.

I work in an abortion clinic, and I have had 3 abortions.

Surgical abortion is better IMO because you can be asleep or sedated for it, so it is painless.

Medical abortion takes hours-days to complete, and it is extremely painful. There is also a lot more bleeding with medical abortion, which is minimal with surgical abortion.
