is morning abdominal cramps a sign of pregnancy?

i have been suffering from abdominal cramps that are very much like period cramps but i only get them in the morning. i am a week late for my period and im wondering if i could be pregnant.

I had a period Jan 11th but it was lighter in color and texture and ended on the 15th. Since then, every morning I wake up with a slight headache and cramps that last til around 9:30am then I'm ok. I also have noticed a change in my appetite and my breast are heavier and somewhat tender. I'm 35yrs old and my youngest is 13. I don't remember all the signs but I was 9 weeks before the test showed positive with her. I'm just wandering could this be signs of pregnancy?
