Hi, I am 36 years old female and I am very fat. I have more than 20 pounds over my normal weight. I have tried several different diets but none of them was working. Also I tried with diet pills. I am pretty desperate bout it. Please tell me if obesity is eating disorder.
Hi, the fact that you are overweight does not have to mean that you are suffering from eating disorder. There are many people who have eating disorder but they are not fat. You would have unstoppable eating desire according to which you may be sure that you have eating disorder. If there is not such compulsive hunger, obesity is not enough for such diagnosis.
