I and my husband are retired. After 30 years, finally we have time for ourselves. Our kids are grown up and they live far away with their own kids. We have heard a lot about reflexology and its benefits. We want to easy our elder ness. We wish to explore its possibilities by our selves. Does self reflexology really work?

On ours hands and feet are number of "reflex-zones". On this spots you can apply acupressure with your fingers and thumbs. This "reflex-zones" represent different parts of the body. With this treatment you can cure or improve many body functions. If you practice self reflexology for some time, you will experience its benefits by yourselves.
