Hi, I am 28 years old and for a long time I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis. It is always activated after a cold, which is manifested with headaches, coughing, nose dripping etc. I have been trying with several meds and a friend of mine mentioned Sudafed. Is Sudafed pain reliever against headache?

Sudafed is pseudo ephedrine. It lessens the level of secret in nasal passages and indirectly lessens the pressure of mucus on the walls of breathing pathways (decrease the pressure in blood vessels). And this should help you with your headaches and all other symptoms related to your condition. At least it helped me with my similar problems.
