My sister has been dignosed for polyposis coli her age is 11 yrs. her investigation reports shows multiple polyps with carpet like leasion present all over the colon.Histological finding is adenomas. she has been sugested for total colectomy. my question is., Is it possible to done it by laproscopically? And is that ok to do surgry at this age she is just 11 yrs old...pease help
